Liverpool Beatles Museum – Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket sales for the Liverpool Beatles Museum (“the Museum”).
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, our Visitor Rules, and any instructions given by staff during your visit.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain.

2. Tickets & Admission

  • A valid ticket must be produced for entry. E-tickets may be shown on a mobile device or printed.
  • Concession/child tickets may require proof of eligibility (e.g. student ID, age ID).
  • The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission or ask any visitor to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Contact the museum if you wish to refund your ticket.
  • Where possible, we will offer to rebook your visit to an alternative date should you wish to change your reservation.
  • If the Museum must close due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen events), we will offer an alternative date or a refund.

4. Opening Hours & Availability

  • The Museum’s opening hours are published on our website and may vary seasonally.
  • Last entry is 60 minutes before closing.
  • Entry is subject to availability and capacity limits.

5. Visitor Rules

  • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • For the safety of the collection, food and drink are not permitted inside the Museum.
  • Photography is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • The Museum is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Liability

  • The Museum is not liable for any personal injury or property loss/damage except where caused by our negligence.
  • Visitors enter and participate at their own risk.
